Draft #3 is online

Sorry for this misunderstanding , so I agree with you from this point => not a top top army but still very good.

My personal opinion about armies:


Must have:

- Empire, cannons are always cannons and a full 1+AS is a pain in the ass for a lot of armies (WE and such..)
- WoC, what else?
- Brets, not the best army to score imho but really useful for a team
- Orcs, the best answer to armored armies
- Vampire, as I said I'm not sure about the army but I'm totally sure that I'd prefer to play wit Raph on my side than with a stronger army in the team

What can be discussed:

- DoC, for the moment everyone is playing Nurgle (there is a big team tournament in Italy this weekend and I saw the lists) but I still think that mine is better for the ETC. Said that don't expect 95 points and if you want me to push more I have to change rooster
- DE, as said before it depends on the stubborn-stupid-combo
- WE, I like them and they are the perfect army for Victor (see what I wrote about Raph)
- Ogres, still good
- Skaven, not good as last year but they still have good matchups (I just love the storm banner and gutters)
- HE, let's wait for the restrictions. They will change a lot in my opinion

About HE - restrictions should be final - the draft 3 is supposed to be the one that will be put to the vote, no?

I think they are planning a draft 4... mainly for high elves

I suggest to pay attention on two more things:

Which are the armies (therefore, the players) availible in CH. As we all know our player pool is pretty limitated. If the draft allow some good armies it doesn't mean that we have to use them. 8 players having a clear idea what are going to face and how to deal with it: this is a must have first of all.



Concerning the metagame, we should aswell think about which army and team compositions are we going to play against. First pick, counter/aggressives armies, the last 2 armies during the pairings, and so on. I don't know how the Dim's program is going to work, but a little bit of metagame thinking is always good.
