ETC 2014 Vote for France

Hey guys, we have to vote for the venue in 2014 (yes, already !)

The venue could be:

1) France
2) Greece if the country still exists...
3) Obi-wan Kenobi


You have probably noticed that my choice has already been made
However I'm going to grant you leniency, and put this for a vote anyway (how great I am!)

So, raise your voice lads !

I would say France. Because their bit looks more professional

And i speak at least a bit french but not one single word in greek except of ouzo

If nobody has raised an objection by nightfall, I'll vote for France

Why does it has to be on the fucking north coast....

Well, some reasons for Greece would be the cheaper location and lower transportation cost or at least about the same price if you go to France by a fullpacked car. Additionally, you could have your holidays in Greece before or after the tourney while the chosen French destination and their surroundings would not be my ideal candidate for that, really...
Personally I would vote for Greece even though I have to aknowledge that the French bid looks better.

If you book your train early enough, it's cheaper than the plane, and far more convenient

I think region is marvelous, interesting and it has the advantage to have decent temperature (I have played once a team tournament in south of France during summer... and of course, they all say they have AC and stuff, but you always eventually end up cooking by 60 degrees in the shade...)
But this is biased opinion, since I'm not so fond of burning sand, dirty water and crowded beach ^^

But I understand the arguments in favour of Greece (and I understand also why you would prefer this region)

France will win the vote anyway very likely so no point in looking at an old man rumbling about.
